Ideas For Expo Displays

When it comes to expo displays, the name of the game is to capture the visitor’s attention and then keep it long enough to sell them a good or a product.  In order to do this, the exhibit has to be one that is memorable and interesting enough to bring those prospective clients to the booth.  This is the most important aspect of trade shows.  There is only one opportunity to make a great first impression so it must be used quite wisely.

Professional designers can help a company or an organization put together the best expo displays.  A professional designer will more than likely be familiar with the area and the arena that is being used and will know all of the tips and tricks that have worked in the past.  They will also know what the rules and limitations are, such as how big a booth can be, how wide and tall it can be and which types of devices are prohibited in any given arena.  They will have experience with the type of visitors that are most likely to visit the trade show as well.  They can be an invaluable source of information. 

Many expo displays today take advantage of the video screens that can be used to give the visitor a visual experience with their goods, services or products.  This is a great way to utilize a small amount of space while still making sure that the information which is being conveyed is still useful and complete.  Much more can be shown to a prospective client through the use of videos.  These screens can either be large or small, depending on the amount of space that is allotted.

Another great idea for expo displays is signage.  Signs and banners can sometimes capture the attention of those passing by with just a few cleverly used words or phrases.  Colors and even photographs can be added for a greater effect.  There are even lighted signs that can be used to convey a message or a price to a large volume of people.  Signage is a wonderful choice for tradeshows because it is extremely portable, and transporting it to and from various shows is much easier than a video screen and other video equipment.

Another thing that makes expo displays memorable would be the use of lighting.  The right lighting can effectively set the mood, whether it is colorful and playful or soft and more seriously on point.  Lighting can make people feel at ease, excite them or make them feel more comfortable.  The right types of lights can make all of the difference in the world when it comes to attracting the attention of possible customers.

Ingenuity, creativity, imagination, style and flair all must come together to make a booth successful at a trade show.  With so much competition at the same event, it takes a lot of hard work to make one type of booth outshine all of the rest.  Light up the area, put up colorful banners and video screens and outperform the competition.
